The tester can automatically test Rockwell(HR) scale.
Applies electric loading, high-precision sensor and possesses unique close-circuit control system;
Touch-screen interface; convenient operation; choose hardness scale directly; force value changes automatically in test parameter;
Auto-correction of high, medium and low scales of rockwell hardness blocks according to standard blocks;
Auto-correction of test force through standard dynamo-meter;
Automatically exertion of initial and main test force;
Strong data processing function including: HR multiple hardness scale conversion; setting of valid range; auto alarm when limit is exceeded; input name of tester, name of sample and other information;
More sample and testing information; testing data can be saved automatically to excel format and saved on u-disk for convenience of editing and processing.
